Successful Male-Female Mentor Relationships in Nontraditional Occupations

01 January 1970

Are you a man mentoring a woman in a nontraditional(male-dominated) profession? If so, then you are invited to join a dissertation research study that examines the process of successful mentor relationships between men and women in nontraditional professions. I am excited to also understand how male mentors learn and develop during the mentoring relationship and what conditions or contexts may precipitate this development.
